Washington Homeschool Evaluations
$25 per student ($20 per student for 2+ children in the same family)
For Washington homeschool families needing annual assessment compliance.

Homeschool Consultation Call
Up to 60 minutes virtual call via Microsoft Teams
$45/hour
Feeling unsure about your homeschool plan? You don’t have to figure it out alone.
In this one-on-one session, we’ll talk through your questions, review what’s working (and what’s not), and create a clear, realistic plan that fits your child and your family.
This may include:
- Guidance on homeschool requirements
- Curriculum suggestions or adjustments
- Help with pacing, structure, and daily routines
- Support tailored to your child’s learning style
You’ll leave with practical next steps and greater confidence moving forward.
STAR Academic Progress Monitoring
(PK–12)
Available to homeschool families nationwide.
$120 per student
Includes STAR access + educator review + consultation
Family Pricing
- 1 student: $120
- 2 students: $240
- 3 students: $315 (includes family consultation)
- 4–5 students: $390 (family maximum, includes consultation)
This service helps homeschool families better understand academic progress, identify learning gaps, and make informed decisions to support learning at home.
For Families with Multiple Students
Each student is enrolled individually and receives:
- Their own STAR assessment account
- Personalized assessment data and reports
- Individualized educator review
Families with multiple students participate in one shared consultation session to review results and discuss next instructional steps.
What’s included:
- 6 months of online STAR assessment access
- Flexible at-home testing completed on your family’s schedule
- Parent-guided assessment administration
- Initial educator review of STAR reading and/or math data following the first assessment
- Score reports provided prior to consultation
- One virtual family consultation to discuss:
- academic strengths
- learning gaps
- progress insights
- next-step recommendations
Optional Ongoing Progress Monitoring
Families may continue using STAR assessments throughout the 6-month access period to monitor academic growth over time.
Optional follow-up services include:
- Additional score report review with brief written educator feedback: $10 per student report
- Additional virtual consultations for more in-depth guidance, instructional planning, and ongoing support
