Washington State Annual Homeschool Compliance
Complete your annual homeschool assessment simply, comfortably, and affordably. For just $25 per student (or $20 per student for a family of 2 or more), receive a thoughtful, non-test portfolio assessment and a written evaluation report for your homeschool records.
This service is for Washington State homeschool families completing their annual homeschool assessment requirement.
Portfolio Submission Options
Google Form — Digital Submission
Requires a Google account.
Complete the form digitally by typing your information directly into the form. You may also upload up to 10 attachments with your submission.
Once you begin the form, you can edit your responses for up to 30 days before submitting to me, as long as you remain signed in to your Google account while completing the form.
Payment instructions and a reminder to complete payment are included within the form.
Best for families who prefer a fully digital submission process.
Microsoft Form — Digital Submission
Works with any email address.
Complete the form digitally by typing your information directly into the form. Unlike the Google Form, the Microsoft Form does not include an attachment upload option.
After completing the form, email your child's portfolio/work samples and any supporting documents to jb4homelearning@gmail.com.
Payment instructions and a reminder to complete payment are included within the form.
Best for families who prefer a digital form but do not use a Google account.
PDF Form — Traditional Submission
Prefer a more traditional method?
Download the PDF form and choose whichever method is most convenient for you. You can print and complete the form by hand or type directly into the document.
Once completed, email the form along with your child's portfolio/work samples and any supporting documents to jb4homelearning@gmail.com.
Best for families who prefer to print, write, or complete the form as a PDF.

Ready to get started?
Choose your submission option and submit your completed portfolio materials, then proceed to payment. Once payment is received, I’ll receive an email notification and begin reviewing your student’s materials. I’ll complete the homeschool portfolio evaluation report and email the completed report to you for your homeschool records within 1–2 days.
